Zantau MCP
Zantau MCP connects your AI to real competitor ads, broken down shot by shot and ranked by how long they survived. So what you make starts from what already works.
AI agents can write ads. But they don’t know what works. They’re guessing.
Ask a plain AI chat “what hooks is Calm running right now?” and you’ll get a confident, plausible, invented answer. It has never seen Calm’s ads. It can’t see anyone’s ads.
Zantau MCP fixes that. Same chat, same question, but now the assistant searches the library, reads the breakdowns, and answers from what’s actually running.
Calm has 233 live ads in the library. The hooks that keep surviving are confrontational opens. The standout, “We are looking for people who react with anger when overwhelmed and want to settle their…”, has run for 88 days:

Calm88d
Calm15d
Calm15dThree drafts from that pattern: “Your racing mind isn't a discipline problem.” · “You can't outwork an anxious brain.” · “Still tense after a week off? That's not rest.”
What you can ask
Click a prompt to copy it, then paste it into your own chat.
What it can do
Everything Zantau does in the app, your assistant can do in the conversation, using your account, your plan, your boards.
Ask in plain English; it finds ads by advertiser, format, angle or offer across every captured ad on Meta, TikTok, Google and LinkedIn.
Shot-by-shot storyboards, full scripts word for word, and the analysis. The same depth as the app, delivered into the chat.
Which formats a competitor leans on, which ads it's kept paying for, what's scaling right now, and how fast it ships new creative.
Two to four competitors: formats, angles, and what each one is betting on.
Save ads to boards, review what's on them, and manage the advertisers you follow, without leaving the conversation.
Ask it to start tracking a brand and Zantau imports the ads, with breakdowns arriving as they're analysed.
Setup
Every AI app uses the same link. The first time you connect, you sign in to Zantau and approve access. That’s the whole setup.
https://zantau.com/api/mcp/mcpSettings → Connectors → Add custom connector → paste the link → Connect. Approve when Zantau opens.
Settings → Connectors (turn on developer mode) → Create → paste the link and choose OAuth.
Settings → MCP → Add new MCP server → type Streamable HTTP → paste the link.
One command in the terminal:
claude mcp add --transport http zantau https://zantau.com/api/mcp/mcpSigned in already? The same instructions live in Settings → Connections.
A standard plug (the Model Context Protocol) that lets AI assistants safely use other products. You don't need to understand it. You paste one link, sign in, and your assistant gains Zantau's fourteen research tools. It decides when to use them as you chat.
Anything that speaks MCP: Claude (web, desktop and Claude Code), ChatGPT, Cursor, and a growing list of others. Same link everywhere.
Yes. You connect by signing in to Zantau and approving access, so there are no API keys to copy or leak. The assistant acts as you, with exactly your plan's permissions, and you can revoke access any time in Settings.
No. The connection is included on every plan. Free accounts get the free app’s view through the chat; Pro and Team unlock the full archive, breakdowns and transcripts there too.
